Breaking the Walls of Insecurities
He shifted in his position and she was startled. She was staring at the ceiling. (For how long?) She checked phone, it showed 5:01 A.M. Straight for two hours.
People said being with someone you love makes you calm. She wasn’t able to sleep for whole night. She didn’t know what was happening. So, she shrugged at this thought.
He removed his hand from her belly and she ached for the lost warmth which was filled by cold morning breeze coming across the window. The same window from which the moonlight was peeking few hours before.
She looked at his face. She saw hope dancing over his head and her lungs inflated at this sight. She knew happiness is creeping into her system. Hope has always known how to get back to her. She doesn’t know why she always forget that she is a hopeless romantic person. She has put herself up for him for four years when she didn’t know there’s a possibility of them or not. She has already broken the walls of insecurities she had for all these times. Why was she even wondering? What will happen to them? Suddenly her eyelids felt heavy and her body relaxed.
