Rs 5 earning farm laborer to an owner of a millionaire IT company in the US. Who said women are less than men, it’s time to change our views. An Encounter with Mrs. Anila Jyothi Reddy made me realize that not all women curse her fate or dare to break her nutshell. Many of the poor people do not even dare to dream big, but she did dream big and made her dreams come true. That is Mrs. Jyothi Reddy CEO of Key Software Solution, the woman who lived her life from Rags to Riches.
When we came and sat in the auditorium literally we were hungry because our lunch time was nearing. After she began talking we forgot about our hunger and started listening to her. Her Talk was so inspirational and motivating that our ears were on her talk and she had our undivided attention for the whole session. As the quote says “Failures are stepping stones to success.” It is so true in her case she had many failures in her life, yet it did not break her determination and stopped her from doing what she dreamed of. She told us we woman are not less than men, if she can achieve what she had wished for then each one of us can achieve. She also told us that we must not depend on anyone and earn our own livelihood and also told about what we were as a woman can do in the society. We must grab our opportunities. It is true that “If you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate a nation.” She is such an inspiring down to earth person and definitely a Role model for all the girls and woman out there in the world. She is who showed us how to make the impossible possible and told us that doing the impossible is not a Herculean task. Her talk has definitely changed and made me think that whatever I thought is impossible for me is possible. And sure, it would change you and make you think.
