5. Keep your mind sharp- keeping your mind busy and healthy is important in being productive. Engage yourself in picking up a new habit every 30 days and you’ll see that you’ve been way more productive than before. Start reading a book, learn a new language or a new skill.
6. Keep your body fit- spend 30 minutes exercising, 3 times a week. It will not only make you fit but will also boost your energy levels to a great extent. You’ll sleep better and be more productive ahead.
