What if you were given a second chance at everything you’ve ever done in your life, would you take it? I would. Not because I screwed things up the first time even though I did a couple of times but because I truly believe in the power of second chances.
“We all make mistakes, everybody should be given a second-chance.”
Making mistakes is in the human nature and it is because of this reason that many of us commit mistakes throughout our lives. The truth is that we should not see these mistakes as something completely negative because in them we can find an opportunity of learning something.
When you’ve been hurt, betrayed, or disappointed by someone you care about, it’s hard to imagine giving that person another chance. Even though we’re taught to forgive and give someone an opportunity to make up for their past doings, not everyone is capable of doing so.
“There are no second chances in life, except to feel remorse.”
Fortunately along with mistakes there is also repentance and forgiveness. Surely it has happened to you on more than one occasion that when you tried to apologize to ask for one more chance, you cannot find the right words to express what you feel and so you cannot manage to get to the heart of your partner and it is for that reason that we offer you an example of a note to ask for a second opportunity that will be of much help to you.
“Every moment of your life is a second chance.”
All the time or say at times, people don’t recognize their opportunities. They make excuses such as “It’s too difficult“or “I don’t want to“or “maybe next time“, “He’s/She’s not my type” etc. Most of us (I think all of us) waste our first chance that life gives us. That becomes our past. Life gives you a present to try once more. Some hit the jackpot and some loose track and become clueless about what is going on in their life.
“Sometimes life gives you a second chance, or even two! Not always, but sometimes. It’s what you do with those second chances that counts.”
We are so busy in thinking about past that we are forget that GOD has already opened a door for us and given us another chance. But we are humans, till someone doesn’t serve us a plate of meal we are not ready to eat it. We’re so obsessed with getting things right from the first time that we often give up on things and sometimes ourselves too easily when things don’t work out. We don’t even give ourselves a second chance.
A second chance is sometimes a miracle in disguise, a gift from the universe. Life is always presenting you with second chances because this is where the magic happens.
And if you want to give a gift someone, a second chance is the best option because,
“People do make mistakes and I think they should be punished. But they should be forgiven and given the opportunity for a second chance. We are human beings” -David Miller
